Dr. Harold J. Fletcher is a Human Factors Scientist here at Cummings Scientific, LLC. His areas of interest include: human factors, vision/visibility, lighting, aging, vehicular accidents, perception and reaction analysis, video analysis, human-environment interaction, accessibility, safety and hazard analysis. He is also interested in learning, memory, and psychomotor skils as well as experimental design and subsequent data analysis.
